UK / 2-5 business days / £3 (free for orders over £50)
Europe / 2-11 business days
Everywhere else / 3-17 business days
Order cut off time is 9am GMT. Handling time is 1-2 working days.
Shipping cost and tax
Shipping costs are calculated based on order value, weight and delivery address. All UK Orders above £50 qualify for free standard shipping.
International orders may incur duties, fees, and import taxes upon delivery. This charge is determined by your local customs authority and must be paid to your local carrier or government in order to receive your order. These fees are not collected by Seeking Sukoon. Seeking Sukoon is unable to refund any additional duties, fees, or import taxes.
Change of address
To change the delivery address on your order, please contact us via email at hello@seekingsukoon.com within 3 business hours. We are unable to change the address of deliveries that have already gone out.
Delayed & Damaged Orders
If your order has been delayed for over a week, please contact us via email at hello@seekingsukoon.com.
If you find that a package is damaged in transit, please reject the package from the courier if possible and contact our customer service. If the package was delivered without your presence, please contact customer service for the next steps.
